Fremont Lake

Fremont Lake is a 12-mile (19-kilometer) long, natural lake shaped by glaciers. Its deepest point at almost 650 feet (198 meters) makes it one of the ten deepest lakes in the contiguous United States.

From the lodge, marina and docks at the lower end the views travel upward along sagebrush hillsides to the forested Bridger Teton National Forest. Fremont Peak dominates the visible snow capped mountains. Skyline Drive out of Pinedale, WY skirts the lake shore.
